Laws of the matrix

The Law of Thinking

Life is a mystery only to those who don’t take the time to understand it. As your knowledge and awareness grows, you will find that you are often amazed at things that happen (because the power of the source—inherent within you—becomes truly magnificent), but you no longer wonder why or how they happen.

Knowledge and understanding replaces fear and ignorance. The invisible becomes visible. The unknown becomes known. Once you understand the Laws, and learn to live by them, everything makes perfect sense.

The ruling mental state of a person determines personal destiny. In fact, there is no greater influence on your life than your ruling mental state. If it is optimistic, harmonious, and open to new thoughts and ideas, positive people and experiences will be drawn to you automatically. A negative state of mind will in turn draw negative people and events to you. It is indeed a Truth that “like attracts like”.

In the matrix thought is an actual force or substance, even though it is invisible. . Thoughts are power. Power cannot act without producing an effect. Therefore, our thinking is constantly producing effects. What we hold within our minds inevitably takes its form in the matrix. If you wish to gain control over your life, you must first become the gatekeeper of your mind and think only positive thoughts of an ever-expanding nature.

The mind creates seeds, good or bad, that affect the matrix code. Much like in a garden, if you plant things and water them, they will thrive. Your negative thoughts are like the weeds which you must not nourish, so that they will naturally wither away. Pull the weeds so they don’t choke out the good plants. Weeds will die from lack of cultivation, and negative thoughts will disappear as you foster positive ones.

Replace fear with courage. Replace disease with a healthy thought. Replace thoughts of limitation with thoughts of plenty. Whatever we put energy into grows. Whatever we believe, becomes. Whatever we expect, happens.

If your thoughts are chaotic and disorganized, your life will reflect that, resulting in pain and confusion. Heaven is a state of mind—an orderly, disciplined, constructive state of thinking. In order to live in a state of grace, you must have an orderly mind. The average person thinks at random, with thoughts that wander all over the place, moment by moment. The average mind has control over the person, but it should be the other way around. It takes practice and discipline to be able to create order, but the reward is well worth the effort.

In the matrix you can have anything you want if you learn how to use your thoughts.
What you focus on grows so use your thoughts for a positive live in the matrix and remember while you strive for the hard reality of Zion that the matrix is really a better place to live if you can over come your pre programed choices.

The Matrix is the relation of the law of thinking in the art and science of property, but it must
be for valid purposes, objects, and reasons.

Is the freedom of zion a lesser place then the bondage of the matrix?

The secret to hacking the matrix

The matrix gives you everything you want, happiness health and wealth.
You can have, do, be anything you want. You can have whatever it is
that you choose. No matter how big it is.

What kinda house do you want to live in? Do you want to be a millionaire?
What kind of a business do you want to have? Do you want more sucess?
What do you really want?

I have seen many miracles take place in peoples lives. Financial miracles, miracles of
physical healing, mental healing, healing in relationships. All of this happened because
of knowing how to live in the matrix.

The matrix is the answer to all that has been and all that is and all that will ever be.
Neo 1971-2003

You are probably now wondering how to live in the matrix. I will tell you how I have come to understand it. We all work with one infinite power the source. We all guide ourselves by exactly the same laws.

The natural laws of the matrix are so precise. That we dont have any difficulty
building spaceships, we can send people to the moon, and we can time the
landing, with the precision, of a fraction of a second. It does not matter if you
are in India or Australia, New Zealand, Usa, Africa, Europe. We are all working
with one power, and one important law, the matrix law of attraction.

Everything thats coming into your life in the matrix you are attracting it into your life.
And its attracted to you by virtue of the images you are holding in your mind.
Its what youre thinking. What ever is going on in your mind will attract that item
to you in the matrix.

Vieome, have you seen "What the Bleep Do We Know?" What you're saying reminds me a lot of that. Obviously the ideas in that movie are not original, but it's kind of along the same lines as what you're talking about.

Sounds even closer to The Secret to me.

Now that you mention it, it DOES sound even closer to The Secret--or at least what I've heard from it. I watched some of that Oprah episode where she interviewed a couple of its practitioners.

My wife kinda got into it for a while. Then I think the lady that "created it" said in an interview something to the effect of "The Jews went through the holocaust because they didn't think positively." My wife kinda dropped it after that.

Whoa. But I guess in a way, that's taking positive thinking to its ultimate conclusion in a sick demented way.

Well spoted Capt it is exactly from the secret, I just altered it to make it matrix like to see what you all will think.
There is something about what the secret is saying that is very matrix like, but I find that they the teachers tend to contradict
each other. But what I think they are trying to get at about the possibiltys of the mind in manifesting has to do with the following.

What did Morpheus mean by the following?

Dont think you can
Know you can!

What does it mean for one to know. Is it a thought in the matrix? Is it a feeling? Is it a belief?

I am still trying to figure it out.

There are two really strong examples for me that debunk "magical thinking" (magical thinking being the idea that if you think it strong enough it will happen).

The first is Stephen Hawking. No one would argue that Stephen Hawking has a weak mind, I don't think. The guy clearly has a razor sharp and very powerful mind. And you know he wants up out of that chair. He wants to speak with his actual voice. But he can't. No matter how hard one of the greatest thinkers on the planet thinks about it, he can't get up out of that chair.

Well, you say, he's being supressed by others or beliefs that tell him he can't get out of the chair so he just thinks he can't stronger than he thinks he can... That's where the other example comes in.

Babies. Watching my 2nd son, now 2.5 months old, you can see The Secret is bunk. Because he wants milk. Sometimes he wants milk so badly when we can't give it to him. Maybe we're in the car wherever, but we can't give him the milk right that second. Now my son is 2 months old, he has no idea that he can't have milk immediately. He wants it, he's positive that if he cries hard enough it will be given to him. But the truth is that it won't until we decide it will. No matter how hard he thinks that milk into his mouth, it won't happen unless someone gives him the milk. Thinking won't make it so, and he has no one telling him that. In fact, he has to learn it.

Most children grow out of magical thinking somewhere between 5 and 12 years old. I guess it's nice to go back to sometimes, and there's something to be said for facing life with a "can do" attitude. But don't think that if someone is poor or sick it's because they want to be or that if someone is rich and healthy it's because they think they are.

I agree as well. I am a Christian, and even though I do believe in the concept of receiving things because of faith, I don't believe that faith is like a formula that works just because you want it to. I believe in receiving from God, and I depend on Him for all things. Sometimes He will say no for my own good. Or sometimes He will allow a seemingly negative thing to happen in order for me to grow and mature as a person. We all know about these things, and while I believe it comes from God, others may simply say that it's just life. Whatever you want to call it, I like Capt's more balanced approach of having a can-do attitude, but not expecting to somehow work like magic. And by the way Capt, I loved your description of your two-month-old son and his wants and desires. I immediately pictured a bunch of full-grown adults trying out the methods of The Secret like a bunch of infants, expecting it to work for them. And isn't it funny how The Secret has a built-in mechanism for when it doesn't work for you? Oh, it's because you didn't believe it enough. Hilarious!

Oh capt o my capt!

Well I agree with what you are saying to. I think part of the philosohpy of the
relates to the matrix, in that within the matrix it is all mind. Body in pod.
While the secret may not apply to our world does it kinda apply to those in the matrix.

Remeber again. There are rules in the matrix some can be bent others can be broken.
So stephen according to the rules is stuck in the chair, but according to the power of his mind and thoughts has achieved what many others in his situation will never achieve. In this thread my intention is to disuss the laws of the matrix.

Whether Stephen Hawkins is in a wheel chair or not, you and he are both in the matrix..., the world you live in (all around you), is the matrix (it is real), but you still don't see it and may never..., so how is it that someone who cannot see the matrix in this world can discuss the laws of the matrix? It makes no difference if you are christian, catholic, budist, baptist, jewish, or whatever..., you have been programmed from birth to believe what you believe..., It was designed with you in mind..., postitive thinking will never achieve what knowledge will..., and no amount of opportunity, wealth, or peace can justify enslavement, but then you still don't know that you are in bondage -- for it is a comfortable place.

And

Ignorance is bliss!
Knowledge is pain!

In connection to the matrix, lets not forget cyphers choice to be back in the matrix. he had knowledge but still wanted to be in the matrix.
This is your life and it is ending one minute at a tme, are you going to enjoy it with the knowledge that heaven is a place on earth, or are you going to long for something more, and underground city, eating the same goop every day, it all comes down to choice. And what you forget is that you might be programmed by the rich to believe that property is not the answer. If you have never being rich how can you know abou the rewards that a rich life provides, in our otherwise downward tradjectory, spiral we call life.
